This Policy applies to the DesireCalc mobile application and related services. "Personal information" means data that identifies an individual on its own or when combined with other data. If you do not agree with this Policy, please stop using the app.
2. Information We Collect
a) You Provide
- Account & Subscription: We process Apple-provided transaction credentials (e.g., receipt data) for purchases. We do not store payment card details.
- Support: When you contact us, you may provide an email address, issue description, logs, or other content.
b) Generated During Use
- Usage & Diagnostics: Crash logs and diagnostics to improve stability and security, without sensitive identifiers.
- Cloud Data (if enabled): App data may be stored in your iCloud/CloudKit account space.
c) AI/Recognition (if applicable)
- Submitted text/images are used only to perform the requested analysis and return results. We do not use them for model training.
- If third-party AI is involved (e.g., QWEN), we only transmit necessary data when you trigger those features. See the provider's privacy policy.
3. How We Use Information
- Provide and maintain core features (recording, analysis, presentation).
- Complete purchases, verify subscriptions, and prevent fraud/abuse.
- Improve experience and performance; diagnostics and statistics.
- Respond to requests; provide support and customer service.
- Comply with laws and regulatory requirements.
5. Device Permissions
- Camera/Photos: Capture or select images for recognition/recording (requested only when used).
- Network: Sync data, verify subscriptions, online analysis (if applicable).
- Notifications: Send status updates and important alerts (can be disabled in settings).
6. Storage & Retention
- Local: Stored on your device; you can clear it via system/app features.
- Cloud: Stored and protected by Apple per its terms (if enabled).
- Transaction Credentials: Retained as necessary for completion/validation per laws and platform rules.
- Logs/Diagnostics: Retained only as needed; deleted or anonymized thereafter.
7. Security
We use reasonable measures (encryption, access controls, data minimization) to protect your information. No system is entirely risk-free; absolute security cannot be guaranteed.
8. Children
Our app is for general audiences and is not directed at children. If we learn we collected a child's data without verifiable parental consent, we will delete it promptly.
9. International Transfers
Using third-party cloud or AI services (if applicable) may involve transfers to other countries/regions where those services operate. We take necessary legal measures to ensure compliant transfers.
10. Your Rights
- Access/Correction: Access or correct information within the app.
- Deletion: Request deletion subject to laws and platform rules.
- Withdraw Consent: Disable permissions, turn off cloud sync, or avoid related features.
- Complaints: Contact us or supervisory authorities if you have concerns.
